The Manager, Supply Chain, is responsible for production planning and detailed scheduling for Emergent Camden Formulation, Filling, and Packaging, and for ensuring resource support for plans and schedules with internal stakeholders.  This role is also responsible for oversight of material readiness to enable planned production.  The role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, and is responsible for supervision of three direct reports (two schedulers and a material planner).

•    Manages and oversees production planning and detailed scheduling for short and midterm activities
•    Contributes to planning process improvements including development and/or implementation of new planning tools and software
•    Supports data gathering and reporting for Sales & Operations Planning (S & OP) 
•    Promotes best practices for use of SAP Material Requirements Planning
•    Maintains relevant standard operating procedures and work instructions 
•    Cultivates collaborative relationships with internal colleagues and stakeholders
•    Responsible for oversight of Serialization administration/compliance 
•    Contributes to problem solving and provides recommendations for issues in production plans/schedules
•    Coaches and mentors team
•    Actively communicates expectations to team including:  Job Descriptions, Performance Management, and Development plans

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field
•    Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Supply Chain Management experience
•    Prior Biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing experience preferred
•    SAP production planning, scheduling, material planning experience preferred
•    APICS Certification desired
•    Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel
•    Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills
•    Ability to work successfully in a changing environment
