Emergent is looking to recruit an experienced professional into the role of
Manager QA Documentation & Training (f/m) 100%
The role within the Quality Assurance department is focusing on
- the technical and personnel lead of the QA Documentation & Training team
- ensuring a cGMP compliant documentation and training system including regular verification of effectiveness
Main tasks:
- Leading the local Documentation and-Training team with three direct reports
- Provide training of various content to employees in the organization
- Management and continuous improvement of the assigned quality systems
- Site representation in global improvement initiatives
- Site representative in global documentation and training projects
- Lead implementation of global documentation and training projects
- System administration, training and first level support for the document and training management systems
- Manage Operational Excellence meetings and initiatives
- Participation in GxP inspections and audits
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree - or comparable - in Economics, Life Sciences or Education
- Experience in leading teams in an international environment
- Knowledge of local and international GxP requirements, Good Documentation Practice and Data Integrity in specific
- Experience in inspections with Health Authorities and audits
- Proficiency level in German and English
