JOB SUMMARY
Support global Plant Maintenance initiatives across sites. Identify and implement system level improvements through the use of Quality Systems and Operational Systems to build reliability of utilities and equipment, increase efficiency, and maintain regulatory compliance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Provide technical expertise and manage projects to support global Plant Maintenance processes, improvements, and SAP enhancements.
- Subject matter expert for Plant Maintenance master data structure.
- Support and manage SAP integration projects for new plants or mass data uploads.
- Assess and implement system level improvements through the use of Quality Systems and Operational Systems including change controls, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Seek ways to increase operational efficiency, conservation of company resources, and harmonization of practices across sites.
- Provide support for audits, root cause investigations, and CAPAs.
- Support various site or departmental reporting and tracking initiatives including Quality and Plant Maintenance metrics, costing analysis, custom reports, and ad hoc requests.
- Participate in ERP system update projects.
- Provide support and guidance for managing SAP Plant Maintenance security roles and user access.
- Identify and coordinate SAP Plant Maintenance training program requirements for personnel, including specialized training for users such as Administrators and Planners/Schedulers.
- Coordinate with Vendors to support projects, certifications, and training.
- Support day to day operations, including technician support and work order distribution.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
- HS Diploma/GED or certification in a technical field, Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent related experience
- 5 years of hands-on related experience with mechanical repairs in a cGMP related manufacturing environment
- 2 years of hands on demonstrated Continuous Improvement related work experience
- Prior experience with SAP preferred
- Strong background in cGMP principles and concepts
- Should have experience or knowledge of reliability and predictive maintenance, and Statistical Process Control
- Strong working knowledge of the following:
- Corrective/Preventive Maintenance and Calibration concepts and methodologies
- Critical Utilities Systems including water for injection (WFI), pre-treatment systems, Clean Steam systems, and Clean Compressed Air systems
- Manufacturing equipment, Biological Safety Cabinets, HEPA filters, Fume hoods, Sterilizing and Decontaminating Autoclaves, Glassware Washers, Filter Integrity systems
- HVAC systems, Air Handling Units, Chillers, air balancing, and HEPA filter certifications including Terminal Filter, In-Line, and Laminar Flow
- Plant electricals, load centers, transformers, in-coming plant voltages, and feeds
- Equipment Life Cycles, Equipment Improvements, and Reliability Program Concepts and Implementation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Project management skills are essential
- Must have the ability to multi-task and coordinate workload by priority
- Must be customer oriented and quality driven

U.S. Base Pay Ranges and Benefits Information
The estimated annual base salary as a new hire for this position ranges from $150,000 to $181,500. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Certain roles are eligible for additional incentive compensation, including merit increases, annual bonus, [and/or long-term incentives in the form of stock options.]
