I. JOB SUMMARY
The Director, Program Management, is a new role within the Corporate Strategy & Transformation function. This role will join an emerging team in shaping leadership governance and driving forward critical enterprise priorities. Reporting into the Senior Director, Transformation & Governance, this role will work in close partnership with business leaders across the organization.

• Establish and manage complex strategic and operational plans inclusive of timelines, milestones, issues, risks, and actions
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to drive coordination and alignment with Emergent’s corporate goals/objectives and related priorities
• Develop executive-level deliverables for leadership visibility and endorsement
• Support facilitating cross-functional leadership meetings and working sessions
• Partner with colleagues across broader corporate strategy and development function to identify and manage interdependencies and impacts across other relevant priorities
• Support management of integrated roadmap to capture progress against transformation efforts and strategic initiatives
• Provide program management support across broader corporate strategy and transformation initiatives as needed
• Proven ability to successfully handle ambiguity and navigate a rapidly changing environment
• Collaborative, all hands-on deck mentality
• Humility balanced with high expectations for self and passion for work
• Proactive and results-driven, with excellent organizational skills and presentation development/analytical capabilities
• Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive team
• Ability to maintain objectivity and complete discretion with confidential information

III. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
• BS/BA required; advanced degree preferred
• Significant project management experience leading complex, transformational initiatives, with at least 5 years of experience working in the Pharma industry
• Management consulting experience preferred but not required
