JOB SUMMARY

 

The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role supports the HR department by managing, maintaining, and providing administrative support. This role ensures data integrity, supports HR transactions, delivers reporting and analytics, and partners cross-functionally to support system-related projects and enhancements. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR business processes and how they translate into system functionality.

System Support & Maintenance

 

  • Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors or IT as needed.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

 

 HR Transactions & Data Management

 

  • Manage and process Contingent Worker lifecycle transactions (e.g., hires, terminations, transfers).
  • Support employee process and transactions as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity through routine audits and validations.

 

Reporting & Analytics

 

  • Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports to support HR and business needs.
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to HR leadership.

 

Project & Configuration Support

 

  • Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and enhancement projects.
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and implement process improvements.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and alignment.
  • Support compliance and audit requests by providing accurate and timely data.

 

Process & System Optimization

 

  • Understand HR business processes and recommend system solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Stay current on HRIS best practices and emerging technologies.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

U.S. Base Pay Ranges and Benefits Information

The estimated annual base salary as a new hire for this position ranges from [$76,500 to $92,700]. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.  Certain roles are eligible for additional incentive compensation, including merit increases, annual bonus, [and/or long-term incentives in the form of stock options.]
