The qualified candidate will provide support and assistance to the Director of Project Management and team of project managers in day-to-day activities, scheduling cross-functional & cross-site meetings, compiling routine project reports and summary presentations, and administrative activities in the Vaccines Business Unit.

•    Assist Director in managing key project meetings and files, including maintaining logbook and trackers and facilitating necessary stakeholder follow-up 
•    Manage project financial tracking, including coordination with finance and project managers 
•    Manage MS project files for sub-projects, including coordination and follow-up with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure activities are timely completed and communicated 
•    Assist in developing, producing, and distributing status reports of multiple projects on a monthly basis
•    Assist in compiling project and business information, editing presentations, reviewing documents, and facilitating communication plans
•    Assist project managers as needed with project meeting management, including minutes, action item tracking, and stakeholder follow-up 
•    Provide general administrative support to project management team including coordinating travel, expenses, budgets, correspondences and contracts.

•    Bachelor's or associate degree in biological science, business, or business-related field.
•    Three to five (3-5) years of administrative support experience is required. Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry preferred.
•    Strong skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point are required. Experience with Microsoft Teams and Smart Sheets for efficient team management is highly desirable. 
•    Prior experience and expertise in SharePoint and Microsoft Project would be advantageous.
•    Must have excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, ability to prioritize competing deadlines, strong attention to detail and the ability to foresee upcoming issues/problems and suggest solutions.
•    Excellent skills and desire to work on cross-functional teams.
•    Ability to work comfortably in a diverse environment of people, skill sets and perspectives.
