I: Job Summary
The duties entail project accounting which includes government billing, revenue recognition, accruals and supporting programs with estimates to complete and pricing action changes.  In addition, the position supports Government audits, SOX audits, A-133 audits and other audits as necessary.  Prepares cost and pricing data as requested.

II: Responsibilites (Include key responsiblities only. This should not be an all encompassing list)

• Accounting, estimating, invoicing, reporting, and CAS/FAR compliance for U.S. Federal Government contracts and grants for a biopharmaceutical supplier to key government agencies.
• Prepare Bid and Provisional Indirect Rates
• Manage compliant project cost accounting system 
• Work with PM to established Work-Breakdown Structures (WBS) for SAP
• Review monthly invoices
• Generate program status reports for EVMS
• Provide cost impact of indirect rates changes for each program
• Provide interface and support for Government Audits
• Support SOX, Quarterly and Year – End audits
• Support A-133 audits

III: Education, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent Experience
• 5-7 years’ experience with Accounting in a Government CAS/FAR environment
• Experience with corporate / contract accounting / reporting functions
• GAAP knowledge, CPA a plus
• Must have worked with Cost Reimbursable type contracts
