The candidate will be responsible for various warehouse activities on a daily basis. This will include the unloading/receiving of inbound shipments as well as the processing of outbound shipments, both freight and small package (FedEx). Create and author Standard Operating Plans (SOP’s) for the operation. Perform the fulfillment of work order and production order request and to include delivery to various end users around the Lansing campus.  Inventory Management that includes Stock Rotation, Organization, Weekly Cycle Counts, and Annual Physical Inventory.

•    Perform receiving activities for all materials and equipment for the site.
•    Entry of received items into SAP including proper labeling and storage.
•    Distribution of received materials to internal customers indicated by Purchase Order.
•    Processing of SAP reservations including delivery of Production and Operating Supply support materials as requested by the end user.
•    Picking and creating job kits for Preventative Maintenance Cycle Drive Work execution.
•    Inventory Management – including Stock Rotation, Organization, Weekly Cycle Counting and Annual Physical Inventory.
•    Shipment and Receipt of vaccine to and from Contract Filler.
•    Packaging and shipment preparation of vaccines to end customer.
•    Setting up logistics and transportation as required.
•    Tracking and Trending of all Private Sale shipments.
•    Receipt, sorting, distribution, and delivery of incoming and outgoing company mail.
•    Responsible for Manufacturing Consumables, cGMP, and Spare Parts Warehouses.
•    Disposing of NCMR materials as required.
•    Participate in Warehouse On-Call Program..
•    As required, Supply Chain department designee.

•    High School Diploma 
•    4-6 years of relevant experience.
•    Some college preferable.
•    Excellent organization skills.
•    Must be detail oriented.
•    Previous warehouse experience required
•    Previous Cold Chain experience preferred.
•    Forklift Certified.
•    SAP experience.
•    Computer knowledge and daily usage
•    Dangerous Goods Shipping Certified Preferred
