JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Manager, B2B Sales plays a leading role in ensuring Narcan is within arm’s reach to save the lives of employees in our workplaces. This Position proactively builds relationships with clients, B2B distributors, while effectively partnering alongside a field-based sales agency. The Position will build strategic plans for their region to drive distribution and long-term partnerships. This strategy will incorporate the company’s go to market strategy and include activities that drive superior sales growth, service, and strong customer relationships. This Position works closely with business partners to support the company’s mission to protect, enhance and save lives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop and execute strategic sales plan through cold calls or company leads, to reach and exceed revenue objectives. – initial focus in industrial and commercial markets. Work alongside agency partners, identify top opportunities for early adopters that our turnkey solution is relevant.
• Identify and acquire new business clients within the region. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to develop actionable insights. Adjust sales strategies based on data and feedback to stay competitive. Build a business plan for current customers.
• Assist other sales and Emergent associates to successfully execute projects.
• Know and understand customers, business segments/market landscape, and competitors.
• Provide periodic reporting of prospects through sales and progress reports and contribute to the sales forecasting process.
• Attend trade events, shows and other customer events.
• Successfully complete assigned product and process training.

• Attend training programs as required. May assist with industry trade shows.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, accompanied by over seven years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated success record.
• Experience with National Accounts or Corporate decision-makers required. Proven track record of achieving quotas of monthly sales goals, and meeting and exceeding sales results.
• Must have solutions selling experience and proven ability to lead with brand value.
• Knowledge and experience selling in the First Aid/PPE Industry. Selling over the counter medicinal products preferred .
• Must have strong team skills and ability to effectively interface and work with other disciplines including operations, marketing, and finance.
• Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, able to organize and prioritize projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
• Total solution selling experience a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Must be comfortable with public speaking with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, and in a team environment.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks; demonstrated ability to successfully meet project timelines and goals in a fast paced, changing environment
• Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to rent a car
• Travel up to 70%

U.S. Base Pay Ranges and Benefits Information
The estimated annual base salary as a new hire for this position ranges from $136,000 to $164,500. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Certain roles are eligible for additional incentive compensation, including merit increases, annual bonus, [and/or long-term incentives in the form of stock options.]
