I.    JOB SUMMARY 

 

Senior Manager role will be focused on the Corporate Accounting function and responsible for leading a team to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP. As a key member of the Corporate Accounting team, you will mentor your team and be responsible for key areas of the accounting close, reviews and analysis.

 

II.    Responsibilities 

 

  • Oversee corporate accounting activities and functions, including close process, analysis and reconciliations, establishing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and internal policies, including updating and adherence to critical controls and participation in testing by internal and external audit staff
  • Support strategic decision-making, collaborating closely with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Internal Audit teams
  • Collaborate with Consolidations and Special Projects team to implement system enhancements and streamline workflows
  • Manage a team of two managers and team of five accountants 
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve and streamline current processes and procedures
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives, identify and implement best practices

III. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 10-12 years of related experience in a public company 
  • CPA required
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP 
  • Strong experience with any ERP and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel 
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team, fostering a high-performance accounting function
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and solutions

U.S. Base Pay Ranges and Benefits Information

The estimated annual base salary as a new hire for this position ranges from [$136,000 to $164,500]. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.  Certain roles are eligible for additional incentive compensation, including merit increases, annual bonus, [and/or long-term incentives in the form of stock options.]
